		<description>A digital radio station will come in clear or not at all for the most part.  There are some conditions when the signal is very borderline where it  will come in, drop out, come in, etc.  These borderline conditions are not all that common.  
It's hard to say if you will receive a usable digital signal, but barring the borderline condition, if you receive it, it will be clear with no static.</description>
